Can I place an order online?
Not currently. You may build a shopping cart and save items in your browser, but checkout is unavailable and no order or payment is processed.
Are products and prices final?
No. Catalog content and prices are illustrative while the store is prepared. Contact customer service to confirm actual SKUs, availability, pricing and warranties before making purchasing decisions.
What is the shipping or return policy?
Because no online orders are being accepted, no shipment or return is being processed through this site. See Shipping & Returns for the current status and contact support for an inquiry.
Are products covered by a warranty?
Warranty terms are product- and seller-specific. We cannot guarantee a warranty for a catalog preview item without a confirmed purchase and actual product details.
Does submitting this form enroll me in marketing texts?
No. The optional account-notification checkbox authorizes recurring transactional/service SMS only. It does not authorize marketing or promotional text messages. The separate Terms/Privacy checkbox is not SMS consent.
Can I use the site without SMS?
Yes. Account-notification SMS is optional and unchecked by default. You may browse the site and submit the form without opting into texts.
How do I stop text messages?
Reply STOP to the sender. You can also send a request through our Opt Out page or email customer service. Reply HELP to a message for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
What does the company do with my information?
The Privacy Policy describes form data, essential session cookies, local shopping-cart storage if applicable, customer support, service providers and your privacy choices. We do not use the account-notification checkbox as permission for third-party promotional texting.
